Looks like we louvered the nostrils, filled the mouth with lights, put eyeliner on and ...

are those fuel fillers? Nice Work Brian.

Integral mud flaps (or are they anti-stone throwing thingies?) , I think I detect flat, tinted side glass, and one solution to the side window problem, build you own tracks with mirrors installed like modern cars. I like it. The pictures look old, but the car looks contemporary.  Brian - send me some details about the car!

News Flash - New details and more pictures added. Brian wrote:

So , what do you want to know about it?

Right now it sits stripped down due to a tree limb that crashed thru the roof. I'm rebuilding it from the ground up.

The filler caps on the hood are for brake fluid on driver's side  and gas fill on passenger's side.  I used honda goldwing turn signals for the front they are suspended by  1/2 inch black pipe on a flange bolted to  inner liner.Car has an overhead console for  radio, and a hand built dash  that houses tv and the gauge set. The stick shift has 4 buttons ( from a PC arcade game)
that operate the horn, dimmer switch, backoff lights in the rear, and  a security set   switch to arm the  alarm. The car has no handles or key slots. It has proximity switches built into the body. You pass your hand over the arming  switch then you reach for the door and it opens to your hand.  ALA radio shack 555 chips. I also have a remote trip switch to unlock the doors as well. There are external jumper terminals in case the battery goes dead so you can open the doors.
I bought it from a guy who had been using it as a playhouse for the neighbor hood kids for 12 years. It had no chassis and was pretty beat up. Paid 250.00 for it. When I took it to it's first car show- I took people's choice and first place  full custom. We'll see what hapens in it's next incarnation.

I had the car repaired and ready for paint, I made
the mistake of taking it to a buddy who said he had done a lot of paint jobs- well- he lied he didn't sand or etch the primer and the 250.00 worth of Guards red porsche paint   peeled right off. So.... I'm stripping it again. BTW- he painted my engine, my seats, my dash, windshield, and  tires. So much for a bargain.

Wow, people don't realize how much work a guy might have in one of these. Beware of false economy people. Thanks Brian, for the information, pictures, and an example of Murphies Law! Brian can be contacted at
