| Let's see if I can get this right. The motor is a 2004 LS6 Corvette block, which has had Time-sert inserts installed for strength.The LS6 crank, has been chamfered and micro-polished. The crank and rod bearings are Federal Mogul race units. The engine is fitted with Manley I-Beam rods with ARP fasteners. Forged piston by Lunati forged pistons with plasma moly rings. The camshaft is a Crower unit with 224/228 duration and.575 lift, and 117 degrees of lobe separation. Double roller timing chain and billet hardware.. GMPT chain dampener. 2.055 dia intake valves and 1.6 dia exhaust valves working in 63 cc combustion chambers. Ported and polished, hardened chrome-moly pushrods, dual race springs with titanium retainers, ported aluminum racing intake manifold. Engine has 11:1 compression and 28.8 lb fuel injectors. 575 Horsepower! |
