Hello, these are the guidelines for submitting pictures for the Gallery and Projects pages.
First and foremost, you must have the legal right to the pictures. By submitting pictures for the Gallery, you are stating that you do have such legal standing, and are solely responsible for any copyright infringement if it turns out that you do not own the rights to the pictures.
Second, you are granting the avenger-valkyrie.org website management, the right to publish these pictures, and this right is not revocable. The intent of this irrevocable publishing right, is to prevent the one submitting the pictures from creating extra work in redesigning the website to accommodate withdrawn material. This should not be construed as suggesting that I the website management would not honor such a request to remove the pictures, it merely means we may accommodate such a request in a timeframe convenient to the website management.
Third, quality is important. While we are not concerned about the quality or state of finish of the car, the images should be of reasonable quality and size. We suggest 640 by 480 as a minimum image size. Larger images are preferred. We reserve the right to modify the images, in brightness, contrast, color saturation, size, shape, to crop the images and make other changes, to better suit the purposes of this website.
Fourth, please include detail about yourself and the car, which might be of interest to the readers of this website. Generally, the Gallery pages bear the name of the person, whose car they portray. If you do not want you name to appear on the page, be certain to state so in your correspondence.
